Shipping Method

Delivery Time

Before your order is shipped, we will process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

* Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

* If your order contains multiple items which are picked from different warehouse, they will be shipped separately. No extra shipping fee included.

Processing

* It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

* Custom products are all handcrafted exactly to your specifications which need to be processed within 2 - 14 days.

* It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our pre-order page for more detailed information.

* If products are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship it in one day.

Shipping

Shipment takes approximately 4-10 business days to reach destination countries.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and are regulated by the country's law. We are not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
